REACTION Nepal is a government-registered interdisciplinary organization with its headquarters at Putalisadak, Kathmandu, Nepal. Established with the technical collaboration of its mother-institution Pacific College of Technology, a pioneer technical institution based in Sydney, Australia in 2002, it mainly aims at providing students, teachers, lecturers, academicians, professors, etc. with educational services.

REACTION Nepal was established by the noble efforts and endeavors of a group of dedicated and qualified professionals of diverse academic expertise in the field of applied education, science, and technology with the sole objectives of providing the students-community with the most appropriate training and educational opportunities aboard. REACTION Nepal, with its team of experienced professionals and academics, provides counseling services for those students who wish to pursue their further studies abroad, in well reputed colleges, institutions and universities in different countries, in all continents such as Asia-Pacific, Australia, Europe, and North America.

Background
The establishment of REACTION Nepal dates back to 2002 with a small and cozy space of 600 sq. feet. With the passage of time right after the inception, REACTION Nepal has broadened its services from language tutorial classes to Study Abroad Counseling, Standardized test preparation, and Computer studies. REACTION Nepal primarily in the set back of its early run flinched with swarming up of many such throat cut competitors in the market. Business-with-patience Strategy led REACTION Nepal up to one of the top 10 Educational Consultancies in Nepal. 2003
REACTION Nepal upgraded services by providing aspirant clienteles with Standardized Test Preparation, TOEFL, and IELTS. The same year, REACTION Nepal installed exclusive library facilities with varieties of books.

2004
In this year, REACTION Nepal expanded its head office space from 600 sq. ft to 3600 sq. ft. Additionally, the organization started audio/visual facilities with the idea of computer adaptive teaching and learning. The same year, it became crucial to start up study abroad counseling. REACTION Nepal couldn’t stop expanding other more facilities; Computer lab was a value added facility to the students for computer studies and test preparation.

2005
REACTION Nepal made this year a Business Venture Year with other Business partners internationally. With the expansion in study abroad counseling services in USA, UK, Australia, and Singapore studies founding the motto “REACTION Nepal--always together”. It was the year a number of universities and colleges from different parts of the globe started partnering with us.

2006 The year 2006 became Standardized Test focused year. In this year, REACTION Nepal systemized teaching learning pattern of the entire Standardized tests TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, GMAT, and SAT. REACTION Nepal, this year customized learning materials, started self access practice unit under test preparation department. The year 2006 went in updating services providing system efficiently.

2007
REACTION Nepal with its head office expanded in two more outlets in the Kathmandu vicinity operating medical Counseling and Europe Counseling exclusively in the name of Europe Counseling division directly under the aegis of REACTION Nepal. The same year, REACTION NEPAL updated more in TOEFL and IELTS. REACTION Nepal established a training center for new instructors. Managing director, Mr. Krishna Prasad Niraula, underwent the training on teaching TOEFL iBT conducted by Educational Testing Services (ETS), Princeton New Jersey, USA. As a result, newly launched TOEFL iBT test in Nepal became more popular under the direct supervision of Mr. Krishna P. Niraula. Eventually, the students could successfully score higher and higher on TOEFL iBT. As an example, Tripti Shrestha (reg. no 0000 0000 0302 3795) scored 115 out of 120 which is still acclaimed the highest score in Nepal. The year 2007 became very important to REACTION Nepal in proper staffing. Thus, REACTION Nepal established Human Resource Management Department. This year REACTION Nepal was very successful in Test Preparation and Counseling Services. REACTION Nepal totally produced 1360 students in standardized test, language study, and computer study.

2008
REACTION Nepal has projected around 1500 students from standardized test, language study, and computer study, 150 students for US counseling, 100 students for Australia counseling, 50 students for Singapore counseling, 50 students for Europe counseling and 50 students for medical counseling. This year is a counseling focused year.

Emphatically, REACTION Nepal is built in a Distributive Management System with a sole objective of working together productively toward a common goal: QUALITY SERVICE. In REACTION Nepal every individual is responsible for anything and everything that can affect the quality of life in the office. The work-spirit with the presence of mind is the key formula of every staff member to bring REACTION Nepal to this height. In fact, the fame and reputation REACTION Nepal has earned during this short span of time is the achievement of the ever-mounting team-spirit of its management key players. The integrated roles of all the staff members are composed of 4 C’s skills: Coordination, Communication, Command, and Control.

The distributive management system of REACTION Nepal has been divided into four major components of management in order to provide any clientele with quality service:

Administrative Management
Administrative management is a department comprising of entire management heads with Chairman, Managing Director, Administrator, Manager, Administrative Officer, etc. This department normally, deals with day to day operation of the organization and facilitates all of the other departments in accordance with policies and plan stipulated by the directorates. Functionally, this department is on the top of the management and it co-ordinates with other components of entire management in parallel. Academic wing inclusive of Test Preparation, Counseling, Language and Computer Studies are directly under the supervision of administrative management team.

Financial Management
This department comprises of Accountants, liaison officer, finance officer, etc. This department mainly focuses on budgeting, controlling of cash, banking, and the like. This department also handles with all of the financial issues associated with other components of entire management.

Marketing Management
This department handles all the marketing activities of an organization like advertisement, promotion and co-ordination with the customer. This department comprises client service officer and marketing manager.

Human Resource Management
This department deals with planning, organizing, controlling, and managing the manpower within the organization. Human Resource Manager is responsible for selecting and recruiting of most qualified candidates among the competent ones. This department also conducts in-house training for building up professionalism, team work spirit and work ethic in entire staff members time to time.

The head office having been expanded in 3600 sq. feet operates Test Preparation Classes, Computer Classes, US-Australia-UK study counseling; like wise the Dillibazar outlet of REACTION Nepal in 900 sq. feet area operates Europe and Singapore Study Counseling services. The Gyaneshwor outlet of REACTION NEPAL expanded in 3200 sq. feet in 3 storey building operates the Medical Study Counseling, and English, Nepali language Classes under travel and learn programs.
